Majestic Heights Bed & Breakfast – Terms & Conditions

1. Prices and Taxes

All rates are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. Rates include government taxes and complimentary breakfast, except for Garden Rooms where breakfast is not included.

Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests are charged USD $50 per person per night.

2. Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out

A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations. The remaining balance is due at check-in.

We accept major credit cards, cash (USD or JMD equivalent), and bank transfer.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Unapproved late departures may incur a half-day rate.

3. Traveling with Minors

Children under 3 years old stay free when sharing existing bedding.

Cots or small beds for infants are available upon request, subject to availability.

Guests under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

4. Accessibility or Special Needs

Majestic Heights is wheelchair-accessible, featuring elevator access and ground-level suites.

Guests requiring special assistance are encouraged to inform us at the time of booking so we can make necessary arrangements.

5. Parking

Complimentary on-site parking is available for all registered guests.

Majestic Heights is a gated property with 24-hour surveillance. The management is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or personal property left inside.

6. Hotel Events

From time to time, Majestic Heights may host private events or functions (e.g., weddings or small gatherings).

We make every effort to minimize any disruption to other guests. Guests will be notified in advance if their stay coincides with a scheduled event.

7. Dispute Resolution / Issues

Our goal is to ensure every guest has a pleasant stay.

If you experience any issue, please notify the front desk immediately so we can resolve it promptly.

In the unlikely event of a dispute that cannot be resolved on-site, the matter shall be governed by the laws of Jamaica, and disputes will be handled in the courts of St. Elizabeth Parish.

8. Use of Personal Information

Guest information collected during booking is used solely for reservation management, payment processing, and communication regarding your stay.

We respect your privacy and will not share or sell your information to any third party, except where required by law.

9. Liability

Majestic Heights is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during your stay.

Guests are responsible for damages caused to the property or its contents.

The management reserves the right to charge the registered guest’s credit card for excessive cleaning, missing items, or repair costs.

10. Force Majeure

Majestic Heights shall not be held liable or responsible for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, government actions, strikes, or acts of God.

11. Third-Party Rights

These terms and conditions apply solely between Majestic Heights and the registered guest. No other party has any rights or obligations under this agreement.

12. Waiver

Failure by Majestic Heights to enforce any provision of these terms shall not be considered a waiver of its rights to enforce that provision later.

13. Severance

If any clause in these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
